How to use this prompt
An unfinished instrument carries a story a finished one cannot. "Bracing exposed and not yet glued down" places the build at a stage any luthier would name on sight, while a completed guitar lying on a bench is simply a product shot wearing workshop props. Light has to rake from the side: steel tool edges are the same value as a wooden bench under flat light and they vanish into it, whereas a skimming beam picks out every bevel. Ban the headstock logo explicitly — headstocks attract brand lettering and it comes back malformed every time.
Variations to try
- Electric build instead: a routed solid body, pickup cavities open, and coils of wire on the bench
