Midjourney

Cedar sauna interior with tiered bench slats, a stove of stacked stones and light steam haze — Example image rendered by Promptkoi with FLUX.2 or GPT Image 2 as a preview of the composition — not a Midjourney output; expect the same subject and layout in Midjourney's own style.

Prompt

Interior of a cedar sauna, two tiers of horizontal bench slats running the length of the back wall, warm honey-toned cedar with visible straight grain, a matte black stove stacked with sauna stones in the corner, a wooden bucket and long-handled ladle on the lower bench, one small window letting in low light, light steam haze softening the air, a single dim warm light source, deep shadow gathering in the corners, no people, no text, wide interior photograph --ar 3:2 --stylize 150

Cedar Sauna Interior with Benches is a Midjourney v7 prompt for a 3:2 wellness interior. A sauna is nearly monochrome, so the image rests entirely on grain direction and a single light source with deep shadow in the corners.

How to use this prompt

This room has one colour, so structure has to come from line and shadow. "Horizontal bench slats" set against "visible straight grain" supplies the only repeating lines in the frame, and they are what the eye reads as craftsmanship. Keep the steam light. Ask for heavy steam and Midjourney fogs the cedar into an orange blur, erasing the joinery that people searching for sauna builds are actually looking at. The deep corner shadow is what communicates heat — evenly lit cedar reads as a timber sample board, not a room you would want to sit in.

Variations to try

Add a glass door to a snowy exterior for a contrast shot that sells the cold-plunge routine
Switch to a black-stained thermowood interior with a single backlit bench for a spa look
