Halftone is the whole technique here, so the prompt says "coarse halftone dots" and bans "smooth gradient" in the negative — a screen print builds tone from dots, and a smooth gradient means the model ignored the process. "Coarse" matters: fine dots read as a photograph, while big visible dots read as print. Two ink colours are named because each is a separate screen; more than two and the registration story gets muddy.
