How to use this prompt

Exposure has to be built around the gather, and Midjourney will not do that unless told. "The brightest point in the frame by a wide margin" is the instruction that makes everything else fall into shadow; leave it out and you get an evenly lit workshop where the molten glass is merely an orange blob among other objects. Airborne dust is what turns the furnace light into a visible volume rather than a flat wash. Putting the finished vessels in cool shadow is a colour decision, not a compositional one — the blue-grey shelf is what makes the orange read as genuine heat.
