Midjourney can't render an accurate, correctly ordered A-Z or truly dashed tracing guides -- it invents malformed, garbled glyphs and solid outlines. So treat this as a decorative animal-and-frame template: generate the layout, then lay real dotted trace-font letters over it in Canva or a worksheet maker. Keep stylize low (around 150) so the linework stays crisp and doesn't fill with grey shading -- the whole point is printable black-on-white.
