Prompt
Interior of a modern bouldering gym, a tall overhanging wall in charcoal grey plywood with brightly coloured resin holds set in clean readable route lines rather than scattered, deep foam landing mats in slate blue, exposed black steel trusses and pendant lights overhead, fine chalk dust hanging in a shaft of afternoon light from a high window, one climber small in frame mid-move for scale, wide-angle interior photography, no signage, no text

Climbing Gym Bouldering Wall Interior is a Flux.1 dev prompt for gym marketing and facility hero shots at 3:2. Asking for holds "set in clean readable route lines" is what stops the wall looking like scattered confetti to anyone who actually climbs.

How to use this prompt
Every generic climbing-wall render fails the same way: holds sprayed across the plywood at random. Real walls have routes, so "set in clean readable route lines rather than scattered" is the single instruction that makes this usable for a gym's own marketing. Chalk dust in a shaft of window light does the atmospheric work a plain interior shot lacks — it gives the volume of the room something to catch. Keep the climber count at exactly one and explicitly small in frame: an empty gym reads as a warehouse, a crowded one reads as stock photography, and a large figure pulls the shot from architecture into sports photography.
Variations to try
- Shoot it empty at night with only the pendant lights on for a moodier facilities-tour frame
- Swap to a rope-climbing hall: tall vertical walls, hanging ropes, and a 4:5 vertical crop
