How to use this prompt
The blank banner is the fight SDXL loses most often — it cannot resist lettering a ribbon, so "no text on the banner" must appear in both the prompt and the negative. Even then, expect to re-roll once in three attempts. Flat colour fills are the other fight: without "flat" the model adds gradient shading that turns traditional flash into a render of a healed tattoo. Red roses and pale yellow skull are period-accurate Norman Collins palette choices — adding a third colour pushes it toward neotraditional. The thorned stems add the line density that stops the design looking sparse, which is the real reason traditional flash uses them.
