How to use this prompt

The tension in a watercolor tattoo prompt is keeping the linework crisp while letting the colour bleed. If everything is painterly the design cannot be stencilled; if everything is crisp it loses the watercolor identity. "Body drawn in fine black linework while the wings carry soft washes" is the clause that splits the two.
